Pimple ....So simple.....

Causes :- 
   Teenage, skin nature, mental stress, Allergy, menses days, food with sweet and fat etc.,


Homely Treatment:-

•    Wash the face with cold water 2-3 times daily. 
•    Don't apply a lot of oil on the hair and face.
•    Avoid tension and give relaxation to your mind. 
•    Do not use cleansers, creams, lipsticks etc.
•    Avoid direct sunlight and do not use talcum powder.
•    Avoid fat food items, sweets etc.
•    Control the use of sour,spicy, salt etc.
•    Apply lemon juice on pimples.
•    Apply turmeric paste. 
•    Apply turmeric powder with coriander leave's juice. 
•    Apply Neem leaves paste on pimples.
•    kumkum,Turmeric,Neem,Honey are help to remove the pimple  scares.

      6-8 weeks after homely treatment, if you cannot reduce the pimple, you can consult a skin specialist.


Prevention: 


   It is impossible to fully prevent the pimples. But we can control the spreading of pimple.

•      Wash the face very well.
•      wash the face after sweating.
•      Wash daily the oily hair.
•      Don't touch the face with fingers.
•      Avoid direct sunlight.
